Where do you do the installation?+
We're a 100% mobile service. We come directly to your home, office, or workplace — wherever your car is parked. Skip the shop waiting room completely.
How long does it take?+
Most single and dual-cam hardwire installs take 1–2 hours, right at your location.
Will I see any dangling wires?+
Absolutely not. We route all power cables safely behind your vehicle's factory interior panels and weather stripping, staying clear of airbags for a clean, seamless, factory-installed look.
What happens if it rains on the day of my appointment?+
Because we are working with your vehicle's sensitive interior electronics, we cannot perform installations in the rain unless you have a covered garage or carport with enough space to fully open the vehicle's doors. If your vehicle is parked outside and rain is in the forecast, we will happily reschedule your appointment to the next available clear day to ensure your vehicle's interior stays perfectly dry and the camera adhesives cure properly.
Will this void my car's warranty?+
No. We use professional "add-a-circuit" fuse taps to provide power. We never slice, cut, or splice your factory wiring loom — meaning your vehicle's factory warranty remains completely intact.
Do you check my car's health?+
Yes — every install includes a complimentary pre- and post-installation OBD-II diagnostic scan. We verify your electronic systems are in perfect health before we start and after we finish to guarantee perfect electrical integrity.
Will the dash cam drain my car battery?+
No. If you want parking-mode recording — where the camera watches your car while the engine is off — we hardwire it using a kit with a built-in low-voltage cutoff. If your battery drops below a safe starting voltage, the camera automatically shuts itself off so your car will always start.
